Returns & Refunds
We understand that shopping online can be difficult. Dusty Shepherd would like to offer you an exchange or refund on the full price items within 20 days of purchase.
We are happy to exchange your item for a different size as long as the size you request is in stock.
The items will only be eligible for return or refund if they are in the original saleable condition with the original packaging.
No refunds are available on sale items.
Returned items are shipped back to Dusty Shepherd at your own cost and must have tracking on them as Dusty Shepherd is not responsible for any returned items lost in the post.
If the refund is approved after inspection of the item. It will be paid back to your bank account within 10 working days from approval.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Yes. We offer easy affordable returns to a Po Box delivery. You can shop with confidence. If something isn't quite right, get in touch and we'll help sort it.

Orders are dispatched within 1-3 working days. Delivery times vary depending on the location with New Zealand or Australia etc.
Will sold-out items be restocked?
Many of our pieces are produced in limited runs. Once a size or colour sells out, restock is not guaranteed.

We recommend following the care label instructions to maintain colour and fabric quality. Designed to handle a regular wash and we always recommend a cold cycle.
